"I started this blog in 2014 after deciding to homeschool my children. I did not always plan to homeschool but personal circumstances led me to research it when my oldest child was three years old and since then I haven't looked back! We have an eclectic homeschool, taking different things from different approaches. In particular, I am drawn to the Charlotte Mason approach but prefer to use it as inspiration rather than follow it rigidly. I love to spend as much time as possible outdoors and believe outdoor learning is very beneficial for children. Because of this, we love to study nature and keep nature journals.
I use this blog to document our homeschooling life as a multicultural family. I also write extensively about bilingualism and bilingual language activities.
